Joining this thread to share additional information about payment processing, Al87.

I definitely agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA. If you need to take Square invoice payments, you may need to use a third-party application. There are plenty of providers integrated with QuickBooks Online that can help you get paid using your preferred method. 

You'll want to visit our market or head to the Apps menu within your account to search for one. I'll show you how:

1. Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
2. Click the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter a keyword in the search bar or select Browse category to filter the results.

By the way, we have a connector that can bring your sales transactions into QBO automatically. The system then categorizes and matches them to your bank records. All you need to do is review and approve the work. Feel free to read this article for more details: Sync your Square account.
