Hello, @J33P.

Thank you for reaching out for assistance. To better address your query, please specify where in QuickBooks you encountered the 'Settings - Tap to Pay' option. It's important to note that this option is not visible when completing transactions during invoice creation.

To access the Tap to Pay feature, it's essential to have a QuickBooks Payments account linked to the GoPayment app. If you plan to use this feature, please ensure that your QuickBooks Payments account is active and properly connected. You will also need to acquire a card reader, which is necessary for processing payments through swiping, dipping, or tapping credit cards in the GoPayment app.

If you have already issued  an invoice through QuickBooks Solopreneur, your customers can conveniently pay online via the invoice link sent in the email. This method is one of the quickest and easiest ways to receive payments.

Additionally, QuickBooks Solopreneur offers sales reports such as Sales by Customer Summary and Sales by Product/Service Summary, to help you monitor your income transactions. You can visit the Reports menu to pull them up

When more questions or clarifications about processing payments using tap-to-pay option, pop into our Community. We delight in helping!
