Transfer of my funds from QBS to my linked checking account.

Hello. I have Quickbooks Intuit (Self Employed), I have had this account for two months now and the first time I had a client payment transferred to my bank account, was done with the help of a QBS rep walking me through it. The following is a screenshot of the merchant portal I remember the rep guiding me to the first time, however, I don't know what to do from here. As you see the status is PENDING.

I have asked a question about the transfer of funds to my account but while I followed the directions to the letter, it seems that I may be missing something here. So, I need to know what I need to make sure is done in the dashboard, category, settings, tags, etc then what I need to do in the merchant portal. FYI: I don't see CASHFLOW on the left side of the page in the margin..I have researched everywhere but seem to be going in circles. I've called QBS and the last time the rep was rude, told me to call tomorrow when the specific dept is back in office on Monday. IF this wasn't a matter of urgency, I would wait but professionally, I need to get the funds in my bank account TODAY.. (I also explained this to the rep on the phone but he just put me on hold then hung up) - Finally, after I had the rep helped me the first time I needed funds transferred, she told me I wouldn't have any issues with getting the funds in my bank.. it would be automatic.. but that is not the case.  Any/all help will be most appreciated.  Again, I need even if you 'dumbsplain' it to me I have to get my funds in my bank today. (My bank cannot see any pending transactions)
