Update multiple invoices

Hello there, sploots.

We'll have to manually edit each in invoice and enter the same line items. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Customer menu and select Customer Center.
2. Select the customer.
3. Under the Transactions tab, double-click on the Invoice.
4. Edit the line items. Click Save on the menu.
5. To proceed to the next invoice, you can use the Find arrows at the invoice menu. 

Moving forward, if you have transactions that occur on a regular basis, you can use the Memorize Transaction feature. This way, QuickBooks can automatically create them for you with the same exact information. Creating a copy of the transaction will also save you time from re-entering the items.
