It's great having you here in the Community Space, efish123. Let me share some steps to ensure you'll able to run the report you need.

To help you run a complete detailed report, let's work together in setting up the  Unpaid Bills and Accounts Payable Aging Detail report.

Here's how to run the Unpaid Bills report:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to Reports.
  2. Enter Unpaid Bills from the search bar.
  3. Choose the specific date from the Report period dropdown.
  4. Select your Aging method type.
  5. Click the Customize button to filter and add changes to your report.
  6. Under the Rows/Columns dropdown, click Change columns and ensure to select Transaction TypeDue DatePast DueDateAmount, and Open Balance.
  7. You may also select other desired changes from the Filter dropdown.
  8. Select Run report.

Also, to run the A/P Payable Aging Detail report, you can refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports on the left menu bar and enter the Accounts payable aging detail.
  2. Choose the date from the Report period dropdown and select your Aging method type.
  3. Enter other aging period details, then click the Customize button.
  4. Under the Rows/Columns dropdown, click Change columns and ensure to select Transaction TypeDue DatePast DueDateAmount, and Open Balance.
  5. Select other changes from the Filter dropdown.
  6. Once done, click Run report.

You'll now be able to run these reports and review all the necessary details you need.

Moreover, I'm adding this helpful reference to help you save all the customization settings when running reports: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online. It also contains detailed steps to schedule a report and add these to a group.

You can always reply in the comments below if you have additional questions about running these reports in QBO. We're delighted to assist you further. Keep safe, and have a good one!
