Vendor never received payment for Melio check, before switch to Quickbooks Bill Pay

Quickbooks support told me to email [email address removed]. I have yet to receive a reply after two weeks. Any suggestions on how I can stop payment on the check and have the funds reversed?

I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, @mwbeke. Allow me to route you in the right direction to help you address the vendor payment issue.

Please note that the QuickBooks team has limitations on the support we can offer for Melio's product. Thus, I recommend contacting the Melio Support team as they have the necessary tools to assist with any outstanding payment issues that are being held or not reaching the recipient. They can also discuss canceling a payment and reversing funds.

You can find their contact information on the QuickBooks App page.

Furthermore, QuickBooks offers vendor reports that you can generate to effectively monitor all the payments made to your vendors within a specific date range.

I'll be in the Community forum if you have any other concerns besides payments, @mwbeke. Please add a comment below, and I'll provide further assistance.

If you still have outstanding issues with Melio, I recommend you sign up for a free Melio account and pay a bill of $200 or more to one of your vendors. You will get $100 cashback on this route and one of their representatives will contact you about the cashback once payment is complete. Then this is the best time for you to convey your outstanding issues directly to them.

@mwbeke

What is your payment status in your Melio dashboard? You can cancel the check easily.

Unless I'm missing something, the Melio dashboard disappeared when they switched to Quickbooks Bill Pay. The QB Bill Pay dashboard does not show the Melio transactions.
