Question

We are desperate to find a way to deal with expired and rejected credit card payments. Is there a portal available for clients?

Effectively managing expired and declined credit card payments is essential, Lisa. Allow me to provide some information on handling declined and rejected credit card payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

While QBO doesn't have a dedicated portal for managing credit card payments, you will receive email notifications if your card expires or is declined, along with steps to resolve the issue.

However, if you don't receive any email notifications, you will need to reach out to our QuickBooks Payments support team to explore other options.

    Here's how:

    1. Login to your QBO account.
    2. Select the Help button.
    3. Click the Assistant tab to get help from our QB assistant.
    4. Click the Search tab to enter your concerns and find the Help articles.

Furthermore, you can fix your customers' declined credit card payments in QBO by visiting our support link.

Additionally, you can manage your bills and bill payments in QBO and learn how to track them efficiently.

Should you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out. We're always here to help.
