We have been accepting payments for weeks now and all of a sudden, our payment account is gone and I can't get it back up.

My payment account is gone in QB ONline. I tried to build it again and it won't let me past the screen with "Let's go" on it.

The first thing to do is to log in to your QBO account using a private window. This way, we can determine if this is a browser-related issue.

 

There are times when too much historical data from the browser causes discrepancies that affect the view and performance of your QuickBooks. Feel free to use either of these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window depending on your browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If it works, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

 

Otherwise, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support Team if the issue persists. One of our agents will be able to pull up your account to check what causes this in your QuickBooks.
