Question

What are these frequent emails about referencing "notification" from Quickbooks online with a payment notification to review? They want us to sign in and I am skeptical.

Hello there, dsmithmindingyou.

Let me share some information about the Email notification in Merchant Services.

Currently, all payment notifications are sent directly through your email linked to your QuickBooks Payments account.  This is why you received an email confirming that you have a payment reminder in QuickBooks Online.

To assure you're able to receive electronic correspondence from Intuit, you can add Intuit's email addresses to your contact list:

1. Add the following to your contacts:

  • Payments@intuit.com
  • Notification@email.merchantcenter.intuit.com
  • PaymentNotification@email.paymentsolutions.intuit.com
  • BusinessServices@intuit.com
  • quickbooks@notification.intuit.com
  • ReplyTo@QBDT.intuit.com
  • do_not_reply@intuit.com

2. Send an email to any of the email addresses listed above. This will help your internet service or domain provider to recognize them as friendly contacts.
