Funding times in QuickBooks vary depending on the chosen payment method, Fscservices. Let me fill you in with details regarding this matter.

In QuickBooks, credit card payments are typically credited to your account within 2-3 business days, while ACH bank transfers may take 2-7 business days to process. Additionally, the timing of your payment processing is crucial. Transactions processed before 3 PM PT are generally deposited into your bank account by the next business day, while payments processed after 3 PM PT may take up to two business days to complete.

Furthermore, for first-time users, QuickBooks may take up to 5 business days to set up your merchant account, potentially delaying your initial deposit. Once established, you'll receive an email confirmation, and subsequent payment processing will occur at regular speed.

Moreover, I've included some resources to help you manage your customer's payments in QuickBooks:

Additionally, if you need to refund your customer, consult this article for guidelines on documenting them in various scenarios: Record a customer refund in QuickBooks Online.

@fscservices  Anywhere from 1 day later to never, depending on the whimsy of Intuit's Risk Management team.
