Where in this software do I find the PCI Compliance?

Hello there, This is the 3rd time I have received this message about the PCI compliance.. I called your customer service department to get some further help and to verify the work I did with Karson & Ethan from securitymetrics to be PCI compliant. I paid the fee $$$, filled out the form online. I was told by them I am compliant... Can some one that knows what PCI means, just look up my Intuit account? The last rep didn't have a clue how to help me. Please advise if I'm not compliant there is no way I can me responsible after using so much time, especially after how many times I have reached out to get some verification

    Since the Community is committed to protecting customer information, we're unable to access your Intuit account directly to verify your compliance status. That said, I recommend contacting our SecurityMetrics support team again. Although you've already reached out to them, it's necessary to follow up so they can remove the PCI notifications from your account after verifying your compliance.

     

    Additionally, QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically records deposits and fees associated with your QuickBooks Payments transactions.

    @jarvis-mgj-matt   I don't know that there is anywhere specific in QB that  you can "see" PCI anything. 

    If you worked with Security Metrics, and THEY said you car in compliance, then you're all good and shouldn't have anything to worry about.   

     

    If you're saying that you don't trust Security Metrics, then you shouldn't have paid the money to them.  It should have gone to a company that you actually trust.
