Hi there, Bennett. I'd like to help you check your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and confirm why you're having to charges.

It's possible that you have two subscriptions in QBO, one from Apple and one from Intuit. With that said, you can contact our QuickBooks support team for them to check and verify the charges in your account. Our team has the tools to open your account in QBO.

Here are the steps to contact us:

  1. Click the Help (?) menu.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  3. To connect with us, click the Search tab then click Contact Us.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.

Please check out our support hours to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.

Also, you can refer to this article to know more about Intuit charges to your credit card or bank statement: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

In additional, you can make changes in your subscription, or you can view your billing history at any time you want.

Don't hesitate to reply if you still have concerns about your subscription charges. I'm here to help. Have a good one.
