Hello, and welcome to the Community, jimmy8.

When processing payments with a merchant account, the time frame for funds to reach your bank depends on the type of transaction. For credit cards, it can take 1-2 business days. Bank transfers can take 2-7 banking days.

Here's a detailed resource with more information about deposit time frames: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments

There are also other factors involved. For example, if we send a deposit to your bank and they bounce it back to us, more time will be added to how long it takes for your money to get to you. If this happens, we'll contact you by email to let you know what has occurred.

For most reject reasons, we'll place a hold on funds going to your bank until the issue is corrected. You can reach out to your bank to fix the problem and then get in touch with us to make us aware that the issue has been cleared up. This way, we can make sure any holds placed on your merchant account are lifted so that your money can continue to be funded to your bank account on file.

If you're having troubles signing into the Merchant Service Center, there are measures in place to help you gain access. Here's a couple common sign in issues and how they can be fixed:

  • I forgot my username

1. From the sign in page, choose I forgot my user ID or Password.
2. Enter your phone number or email address, then click on Continue. If you verified your account with an email, you'll receive correspondence from us this way with your user ID.

  • I forgot my password

1. On the log in page, hit I forgot my user ID or Password.
2. Enter your phone number, email, or user ID, then select Continue. If your account was verified with an email address, you'll receive an email from us with a prompt to reset your password.

This will help you get signed in to your account whether it's the user ID or password that's presenting a problem.
