Why haven't I received a payment yet for a credit card... it's been 4 business days?

Hello there, @heather-hue-n-in. I've got your back, and I'll be pleased to share some details on why you haven't received the payment made using a credit card in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we proceed to the resolution, I'd like to know if you're a new user here in QBO. If you're new, know that we'll deposit the credit card payments within 5-7 business days. The reason for this is we're going to set up your account first, so the next time you receive payments from your customers, we'll deposit the customer payments much faster.

If you want check the status of the processed payments, I'll be happy to input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.
