Right now, you should try clearing your cache.  If that doesn't work, try an Incognito or private browser.

If none of that works, let us know.

Your browser’s cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. But it also gets outdated overtime, which can cause issues. Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser:

After clearing cache, make sure to restart your browser.

Step 2: Clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser

Most of the time, you only need to clear your browser's cache. But if you keep having the same problem even after doing that, you can clear Intuit-specific cookies. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks.

Note: It’s important to only clear Intuit-specific cookies.

Google Chrome

  1. At the top right, select the More  icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and security.
  4. Select Cookies and other site data.
  5. Select See all cookies and site data.
  6. Type “intuit” in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
  7. Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
  8. Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. At the top right, select the Menu  icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & Security.
  4. Select Manage Data under Cookies and Site Data.
  5. Type “intuit” in the search bar and select Enter to find Intuit cookies.
  6. Select Remove All Shown.
  7. Select Save Changes.
  8. Restart Mozilla Firefox for the changes to take effect.

Safari

  1. Open Safari, then select Safari beside the apple icon to the top left.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
  4. Type “intuit” in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
  5. Select Remove All.
  6. Select Remove Now.
  7. Select Done.
  8. Restart Safari for the changes to take effect.
