Why is quickbooks still taking payment from me?

I can celled ALL intuit products and today I was charged again!

To start, let's first review your credit card or bank statement to verify where the charges are coming from. In case you use the online banking feature with QuickBooks, your financial institution charges you a service fee for the connection and this is not from Intuit. 

 

On the other hand, you can also look for the charges by pulling up your billing history. The steps will depend on your QuickBooks products. For the detailed steps, follow Option 2 of this article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. 

 

Since you've mentioned that you've already cancelled all your Intuit products, we can check their status by reaching out to our Phone support team. They can pull up your account in a secure place and verify if the cancellation successfully takes place. Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, select the Help menu.
  2. Then, choose the Search tab and click Contact Us. 
  3. Enter a description of your concern and select Continue
  4. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you
