They would not reveal the reason. You can use a third-party payment processor to integrate with QB. Are you B2B or B2C?

QuickBooks Payments account is subject to eligibility criteria, credit, and application approval. Here are some of the common reasons an application gets declined:

 

  • Type of products or services you sell.
  • Industries that are high-risk merchants.
  • Credit history of the QuickBooks Payments primary account owner.
