When you get approved for a QuickBooks Checking account through QuickBooks or QuickBooks Money, you'll receive a physical QuickBooks debit card, even if you selected the digital version. This process usually takes 7 to 10 business days.

While you wait for your physical card to arrive in the mail, you can use a virtual card. If you received an email asking you to activate your debit card despite choosing the digital option, our Live Payments Support Team can help check the status of your QuickBooks Checking debit card. 1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
