Annual Leave Loading Correction

I noticed in my latest pay run that one of my employees did not have annual leave loading set up on their profile which I corrected. 

 

The employee has been with us for a little over a year, has taken 130 hours of annual leave and has had a pay increase as well during that time.

 

I will need to back pay the missing leave loading for the last year, however am unsure of the best way to go about this, will I need to manually calculate the backpayment or is there an easier way?

Thank you for reaching out on this. 

 

I would suggest doing the manually calculation for the back payments then make an adjustment in the next pay run. Once you STP that pay run, both ATO and your employee would have the updated amount after the next pay run.
