Anybody else having trouble with payroll? it has added terminated employees and changed pay run dates

Currently when accessing and navigating your company's payroll file do you notice any other strange display errors or abnormalities? When it comes to terminated employee's being re-added or pay run dates changing, is it possible that there is another user on the payroll file who may be doing work without notifying you?
