Anyone else having trouble with the Desktop App on Mac telling me Cookies Disabled in Payroll function?

Hi lindagunek1,

 

Firstly, try clearing the cache in the app as this resolves most issues:

 

  1. Select the Help menu.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

 

If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app to confirm you have the latest version. This guide will walk you through how to do so. If after completing these steps you are still unable to access the Employee section, please reach out to our Support Team directly on 1800 046 038. They can then record this particular use case and get eyes on the situation to better assist you. Keep in mind that you can also access QBO using a supported browser such as Chrome or Safari 11 or newer.
