Are there birthday reminders in payroll?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

At the moment we're unable to set birthday reminders and show in the payroll dashboard in QuickBooks Online Payroll. What I can recommend is you run an Employee Birthday Report or use the Calendar Feeds for you and your staff to be aware of events such as birthdays.

To access and set up Calendar Feeds:

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Payroll Settings.
3. Click on Calendar feeds.
4. Click on Add button to start creating a new calendar feed.
5. Fill out the fields needed, and click on Save.

Once you have created the required calendar, click the 'Save' button. This will create a unique URL that can be shared with staff and used with Calendar and Mail clients.

To run Employee Birthday reports:

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click on Employee Birthday Report.

You'll see the employees information from the list.
