Automation of pre-fill forms with previously entered content does not work

Thank you for bringing out attention to this, rre62504.

 

At this time, there is an ongoing investigation in QuickBooks Online about pre-fill forms with previously entered content is not pre-filling information on Expenses, Bills, and Purchase Orders. 

 

As a workaround, you can manually manually enter the details if the transactions are urgently needed or open an existing Expense/Bill/Purchase order and click on More and select Copy (this will create a duplicate copy of the transaction). Make changes on the transaction details if necessary. 

 

Also, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team to add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified of any updates about the investigation as well as if there's a resolution available.
