Been using STP all year have recently done 2020/2021 finalisation of wages One employee is missing from the lodgement. the employee has been on the pay run all year???

Thanks for your enquiry.

Are you please able to check whether this particular employee is listed as 'closely held'?

Closely held employees will not show up in the finalisation event when you go to process it, so be sure to untick the option that says 'Closely Held'.

Go to the Employees tab, then select the name of the employee and go to Pay Run Defaults, from there you will find whether the employee is closely held or not near the bottom of the page.
