Question

Can anyone could help to delete an incomplete payrun? Continuing showing message "The pay run is taking longer than expected to complete its calculations."

After wait for a while, then pop up the message again by offering 2 options 1) Wait a bit longer 2) Return to the pay run list (the calculations will continue)

Hi markwu531,

 

To isolate the situation encountered let's access your account using a different web browser like Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.

 

  1. Open a new web browser.
  2. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account through qbo.intuit.com
  3. Once log in, access the Employees tab once more.
  4. Click on the Pay Runs tab, and access any unfinalised pay run.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting directly our Customer Support Team. That way, one of our support agents can further check your payroll account in a secure form.
