Can anyone help me to enable payroll please

it wont load when I press next from step 1 business details to step 2. have I done something wrong

Hi Alix-mccall-gmai, 

 

Normally if a button is not responsive it can be attributed to a browser issue which may be preventing the next step. What I would encourage you to do is clear your Cache and Cookies which would help free the browser up of any blocks or glitches causing this error. 


In Chrome, hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen. You can also access this by selecting the Chrome menu (top right corner, three dots in a vertical line) and clicking More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

  1. Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked.
  2. Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data.
  3. Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more.

I am sure you have checked, but also check that the fields have been filled out and any field that has a red box around it to indicate an error is managed. If you are using another browser, see below for steps on clear the cache, however we recommend using chrome for the best experience with QuickBooks Online.
