Can I finalise and pay employees prior to the pay run end date

Yes, you can finalise and pay employees in advance as long as you don't skip a payroll period. 

Just open the pay run and click the Finalise Pay Run button. Then edit the date on the Date Paid field. Once done, click the Finalise tab.

After the pay run is finalised, this will be locked. If you need to edit the pay run you can unlock it as long as you have not made automated super payments. Click here to see how.
