Can i get salary and wages out of my expenses for bas?

The salary and wages expenses are tied to the W1 and W2 tax codes in the BAS. If you want to remove them from being calculated in the BAS, you can go into the individual pay run journals and deselect the tax code for each entry. 

However, I strongly advise that you contact your accountant or bookkeeper before doing this, to ensure that salary and wages are calculated correctly.
