Can not access my employee tab

I'll help you access the Employees tab, SEV2.

You can log into your QuickBooks account via the browser and accept timesheets from there. Make sure to use supported browsers for the best QuickBooks experience. 

Please refer to this link to know what you need: System requirements for QuickBooks Online. It includes recommended specs for supported web and mobile browsers.

If you're able to access the Employees tab using a browser, you can turn off private mode on your iPad. This will allow cookies and help show the Employees tab.

You can also follow the steps below on how to enable cookies and check cross-site tracking.

1. Go to Safari.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Untick Prevent cross-site tracking.

To check third-party cookies For Safari:
 

1. Select the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Preferences then Privacy.
3. Next, to Block Cookies tick Never.

Then, refresh your browser, and then access your QuickBooks account and Employees tab once more.
