Question

Can someone please assist in how to file the STP with the ATO for each payrun I complete. I am look for the steps after the payrun has been finalized. Thankyou :)

I am not sure if by finalizing the weekly payruns, this also files with the ATO on a weekly basis.

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let me share with you the steps on how to lodge a finalise pay run with the ATO.

 

  1. Go to Employees or Payroll tab.
  2. On Pay Runs tab, open a pay run.
  3. Click on Lodge Pay Run with ATO.

 

You can view lodged pay runs by going to Reports tab and then select Single Touch Payroll

 

If you wish to create pay event automatically after finalising a pay run, you can modify your settings by following these steps. 

 

  1. Go to Employees or Payroll tab.
  2. Select Pay Schedules.
  3. Select a pay schedule.
  4. Click here link to configure default configuration settings.
  5. Choose a default setting when finalising pay run.
  6. Select Next
  7. Select Complete.
