Can the leave balances for an employee that are not reflecting properly in the leave balance be set it right?

In the past pay runs the annual leave accrued was not reflected and the leave balance shown are incorrect and the employee wants to take annual leave.How can I correct the leave balances

Thank you so much for your question regarding adjusting annual leave balances in Payroll. You absolutely can adjust the leave balances and you can do that in a pay run.

 

Firstly, I would check why the annual leave was accruing incorrectly and make sure that issue is fixed so the balances won't be incorrect going forward.
