CAN WE SEND PAYSLIPS COPY TO EMPLOYER?

Hi tax6,

 

You can set up a Report Pack to send a PDF copy of all payslips to the employer's email address.

 

To set this up:

  1. Select Payroll Settings.
  2. Under the Business Management column, select Report Packs.
  3. Select Add on the top right corner, then name the Report Pack. Choose the Period as Current pay run
  4. Under Set up a schedule, select how frequently you want to send the payslips out, and what day and time you want the email to be sent to the employer.
  5. Under the Reports drop-down menu, select Pay Slip Report.
  6. Under Recipients, select Add recipient and enter the employer's email address and name.
  7. Select Save.
