Can you edit employees to be surname first?

Hi does anyone know if you can have employees listed by surname first? I have a few with the same Christian name so using Surname first is much easier and less chance of making a mistake

Currently, there is no option to set the view on the Employees tab to Surname first. Your suggestion would definitely be a big help to help improve our product. You can also send your personal feedback by going to GEAR ICON > PROFILE > FEEDBACK.
