Can you process annual leave in advance of employees taking it? They're not cashing out they're taking the next three weeks off work and need to be paid this week for it.

Good question, yes. You are able to select the option to Take Leave and include any desired accumulation of hours and it will pay out the hours taken on that pay run regardless of if the employee has accrued enough at the date you are paying out the leave. 

If the employee does not have enough hours, the following warning will appear "This employee is taking more leave than they have accrued." The leave will still be paid, but the employee will be put in a negative balance of accrued leave. Each subsequent pay run will accrue leave to make up for any negative balance.
