cant finalise my payrun,

I want this finalise pay run taken care of but I am able to take a look into your account from here since this is a public forum. I would suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. One of our agents needs to do a screen-share with you to troubleshoot this issue. 

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter unable to "finalise pay run"  as your concern.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose either Start a message or Get a callback.

You may want to check this link about setting up automated pay runs in QBO.
