Casual staff need to accrue long service leave under the award, how do we do this?

You can set up the Long service leave in your payroll settings and for each employee's details in your payroll settings. Here's how:

1. Under the Employees tab, click on Payroll Settings.
2. Click on Leave Categories.
3. Click on Long service leave.
4. Set up or review each field if needed.
5. Make sure the Automatically accrues box is ticked.
6. Click on Save.

To set up and apply to each employee:

1. Under the Employee's tab, click on the employee name.
2. Click on Leave Allowances.
3. Locate Long service leave, and make sure Can apply for leave is checked or on.
4. If the employee has a leave allowance template, take note of the template name and check it under the Leave allowance template in the Payroll Settings.
