Client has lost access to the payroll function and has previously been able to run the payrolls?

We can check the manage user settings for payroll to confirm if the client is listed as a user on file. Let me show you how to check.

 

  1. Go to Employees tab.
  2. On Payroll Settings, select Manage Users.
  3. If client is not listed as a user, you can click on Add.
  4. Enter the user's Email address and Name.
  5. Select whether you wish to provide Full Access or Restricted Access.
  6. Select Save.
