Customise Payslips - remove leave accrual from historical payslips

How do I remove old leave accruals from historical payslips?

I have edited the custom section for payslip content and hidden the leave accrual. but the olde payslips still download with old accruals showing.

Can I remove this, as they are incorrect and I cant correct?

We can help you remove and correct the leave accrual from historical paychecks by going through each employee's profile. With this being said, I encourage you to reach out to us directly. We will need to get your company information and this can't be done here in the Community for security reasons.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to this site: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_AU/contact
  2. Select Payroll & STP from the topics.
  3. Choose a sub-topic.
  4. Choose either Get Phone Number or Start a Message.
