Does anyone know where I can find employee data? Just transferred from xero - need to be able to update some employee data

When converting from Xero to QuickBooks Online, there are data that can and cannot be converted. You can review this article to see the details: Frequently Asked Questions - Transfer Data From QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, And MYOB.

After the conversion process, some of the employee details might need to be updated. Hence, they are showing incomplete. Here's how to complete the details:

1. Click Employees on the left menu and select the employee name.
2. Update the employee details and click Next.
3. Click Next until you reached Done.

Once we're done updating the employee details, the Employee Detail page will look different. You can use the screenshot for reference.

Meanwhile, the latency in the Employee menu or tab is already reported to our product engineers. They're working to find the cause of the issue and fix it.

1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
