Employee screen is completely blank. All other screens work. I am on a different computer than usual. Is there be a setting I need to change? Urgent i need to pay staff

Hi jeff116, 

 

Commonly when your employee screen is appearing blank and does not let you proceed further is a browser issues. QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But there are rare times when cache and cookies cause small problems.

 

I'd encourage you to follow the steps by clicking here which will help you clear your browsers cache and cookies to fix this error. This includes also trying different browsers.
