Employer wrongly processed a payrun for a terminated employee and made super contribution via beam. how can we request a refund from the super fund (aware super)

Hi rajeev4,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! We can run a Super Payments report to check the status of the super batch where you've paid a terminated employee. 

 

  1. Go to Employees or Payroll tab.
  2. Select Reports and then select Super Payments
  3. Clicking on the ID number will open the batch submission details.

 

Please note that we can't cancel a super batch that has been processed and paid. If the super batch has been sent and paid and you would like a refund, it would be best to contact your super fund provider directly.
