Has anyone had the following issue?"The pay run is taking longer than expected to complete its calculations"I am unable to open pay run complete.

The pay run is taking longer than expected to complete its calculations. You can either

Wait a bit longer
Return to the pay run list (the calculations will continue)
If this issue persists, please contact support for assistance.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

There could  be a new update made in the payroll system causing this message and latency in QuickBooks Online Payroll. To better help you in checking your payroll connection, I recommend contacting directly our Customer Care Team. That way, they can ask for your details in a secure form and they have the right tools to check the connection.

 

To contact support:

 

1. Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO.

2. Click on either Assistant or Search tab.

3. Enter a short summary of your concern.

4. Click on Contact Us.

5. Click on Continue.

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.
