Question

Have been using qb for a while and happy to cont. but we are planning to switch to xero for only one reason that we can open a new contact and buy and sell simultaneously

Hi, farman.

 

If you need to cancel your QuickBooks Online account before switching to another program, you can follow the steps below to complete the process.

 

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the upper right corner and then Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps and click Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Hit Got it.

Once canceled, an email confirmation will be sent and your account will be available in read-only access for one year from the cancellation date.
