Hello. How do I coorrectly add a top up payment for Dad and Partner Pay, in a payrun?

Hi chris334,

 

If you have already set up a pay category for Dad and Partner pay, you can adjust the rate loading on your Payroll Settings. You can set or adjust the rate loading for a pay category by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Employees tab and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select Pay Categories
  3. Click on the pay category you'd like to adjust the rate loading for to expand the details of the pay category. 
  4. This will expand the pay category details. You can then apply the appropriate rate or penalty loading to the base and linked pay categories.
  5. Select Save.
