Hello why didn’t my payments get processed through the automated payroll system, it was supposed to be processed yesterday according to the two day lead time?

If you've set up automated pay runs in your QuickBooks Online Australia account, you'll still need to process the payroll payments to your online banking website to pay your employees.

You can download an ABA and/or BPAY file from the pay run, once the pay run is finalised and upload it on your online banking website.
