HelloMy accountant is receiving emails regarding staff leave requests submitted through their staff portal. How do I change it so I get them instead?

Creating leave requests is not possible in QuickBooks Online, Lauren.

If you're using a third-party application to do this, I'd recommend checking its settings. And make sure you enter your email address there.
