Thanks for posting in the Community! Could you please verify with me the specific bank account name that was not updated?

 

Banking error 102 occurs when there's a problem from your bank's end. Either their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues causing interruption between online bank connection to QuickBooks. 

 

We can manually update the online bank connection in QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Bookkeeping or Banking tab, and select Transactions.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Click on Update.

If the issue remains, let's update your bank's sign-in information in QuickBooks Online:

 

  1. Go to the Bookkeeping or Banking tab.
  2. Click on Transactions.
  3. Choose your bank, then click the Pencil icon
  4. Select Edit sign-in info, then type your bank's User id and password. 
  5. Hit Save and close

Then, check if the bank is updated. If the issue persists as a workaround, you can import your bank transactions in CSV format
