Hi I am trying to reconcile data for quarterly BAS, all seems to be ok apart from total salary (W1) which only shows last month salary and wages, not the full quarter.

It would be best to check into the relevant Payroll Journals to see that the W1 & W2 codes are attached correctly. To check this please do the following: 

1. Select Accounting
2. Select Chart of Accounts
3. Select your Payroll Clearing, or account you import payroll journals too. 
4. Check that all Journals are accounted for, the quarter.
5. If they are, then select each Journal, select Edit, which will open the journal and check it has the W1 & W2 Codes attached. If you need to add them, make sure you hit Save after. 

If you find that some payroll journals are missing you can export them from KeyPay into QuickBooks again with the below steps:

1. Select the Employees tab
2. Select the Payrun(s) that are missing, then select Export to QuickBooks.
