Hi, @usersgharibianau.

It's my pleasure to share some information about editing the bank feed authorisation form in QuickBooks Online.

As far as I know, the authorisation form should have no erasure to ensure it cant be rejected. With this, I'd suggest getting a new form on the Bank and Cards page, then re-sign to your clients.

Once everything is good, you can now email to intuitforms@siss.com.au or post the form to:

SISS Data Services Pty Ltd

Locked Bag 3060

Crows Nest, NSW, 1585

Once the form is received, it takes about 4 working days for email and 10 working days if posted for approval.

But, if the form has already been processed, QuickBooks will contact you and provide complete instructions on how to submit it again.

You can also check the status of your application. Please go to the Transaction tab, then choose the direct Feed account shown within the Bank and Cards page. For more information, please go through this article: Connecting your bank account to QuickBooks via Direct feed.

I've also added articles about importing historical transactions, supported banks, and other similar topics.
