Hi I would like to delete a preset pay from an employees pay that appears on payrun every week

Hi Barbara,

 

You can remove the preset pay by going to the Employees tab, then selecting the employee's name. On the left menu, select Pay Rates, then find the preset pay on the list and untick Show in Pay run. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.

 

Note this will apply to all pay runs created moving forward.
